Knowing there wasn't much she could do while waiting for Cat's next contact, Rose decided to go back to the breeder planet, She assured both Ivaldi and Victor that she would only go to visit the Larva she already had and that she would be ready at any moments notice if Victor needed her for a mission.

Three days later Rose was lounging against a tree in the courtyard of the Breeder temple with five Wraith kids about ages 9, around her. Three males and two females, one female took her place between Rose's legs with her back resting against Rose's chest. The other female lent their back against her left side, careful not to lean too hard on Rose's stump of an arm while making a simple flower wreath. The boys rough housed not too far away, having fun and learning to control their strength. Not far away were several Drone Wraiths as well as a couple of Commanders watching over the courtyard. Many other women loitered about either on a stroll or with purpose, they would bow their heads when they noticed Rose in respect, though it didn't matter to Rose as she was too busy talking with her Children about her travels.
Without warning everything went silent, the kids stopped talking and looked up to the sky, Rose looked around and saw all the other wraiths were looking up as well.
"Mother" The young girl on her lap whispered. The other young girl dropped her flowers and buried her head into Rose's shoulder, clutching onto her clothes tightly.
"What's wrong Ranee? Regina?" Rose asked quietly back. Renee grabbed Rose's only hand with her shaky ones.
"The Keeper is dead, All Wraiths are waking up" she replied. Rose pulled her closer to her chest and nuzzled her hair. "They won't harm you, you are a precious female, and all males will bow to you and build you a hive of your own" She whispered soothingly even though her heart hammered in her chest like a drum. She knew from her travels that there weren't enough humans to feed all the wraiths and she doubted that they would voluntarily go back into hibernation without a new Keeper.
'Why do I feel like humans from my planet did this?' she thought to herself and called her sons closer to her and pulled them into her embrace as well.

In the months after the Wraith's awakening and while waiting for new contact with Cat, Rose continued to explore Pegasus, after helping the Breeder planet fet up their defences. Who knew what the other Queens were thinking now that they were all awake.
Now and again while travelling, changing clothes to blend in, Rose would come across information about the newcomers to the galaxy. she scoffed when she heard of their home planet and where they now called home, metaphorically patted herself on the back at her guess back on the Breeder planet.

It wasn't until the new year that Kiirome activated once more without warning for a second time, but only for the briefest moments. It barely uploaded a single file before it shut off again, leaving Rose with a sense of loss. It was too short of an activation for her to receive any news on whether they were headed to pegasas or not.
