Lau'lo would be lying if she said she didn't enjoy how theatrically Tannis bowed, she listened to Damian lecture Tannis as they walked placing the soulshard into her pocket.
When they entered the guild hall, she looked around as of taking in in for the first time, the sights,the smells, it was all so real, but had they coded this smell or was it... Real, she was finding it hard to place what was real and what was game, what both of those even meant.
When introduced Lau'lo looked to the new face and smiled "Khar is it?" She asked "a pleasure to meet you, tho I wish it were under better circumstances" she continued, she found herself becoming more of her character as time went on, like her accumulated deaths were simply ticking down all that made Emily and leaving only Lau'Lo, the process was unconscious.
"I do have some questions" she stated now that they were somewhere secluded within the guild hall "there's multiple mentions now of a Necrotics and a guild of Nyx, your going to have to tell me what those mean exactly and why that's related to me and Tannis... Being as they said, Marked" she spoke with quite a manner of calm given the situation.

"I'll keep the advice in mind" Rose replied and stretched her arms over her head. "If you find anything interesting about my life, that I might not know, let me know." Rose snarked and gave him a nod. "Alright, Let's head off then, while I've still got the energy to fight. Besides a bigger city will give me more options in armour and necessities for surviving in this world"
Rose took a moment to sort out her inventory as they headed out of the town and back on the path again. She had 4 Soul Stones, 9 Imp teeth, 2 potions, everything she gathered from the Imps she defeated and a few more slots were taken up with things that came with the bag. She pulled out an apple and munched on it to tie her over, not knowing how long this trek would take. Not having much space in her bag almost made her groan out loud knowing she'd either have to quickly upgrade her bag or buy a brand-new one in the city.
"I take that your advice to keep quiet means you know a bit about what's going on. Why are those players PK-ing? Khar smiled whiled he took the pair to a comfortable concealed room away from prying eyes, A hum gentle and soft could be heard every so slightly within the room as the doors closed behind them, of note a row of Cash Guards stood guard outside as the group spoke. "Necrotics are a bit of an anomily." Tannis said taking a seat nearby "they are like necromancers but in reverse i guess, they feed of the death of other players, almost perveresly. Many of the knightly orders in Etonia have sworn to combat them" Tannis explained "They are dangerous, The Guild o Nyx is much like the Adventurous guilds. They are our opposite, murders and blades for hire, Many smaller death guilds have join Nyx, Using them in Ako, means thoes that hunt you dont have the numbers or power to operate in Ako" Tannis said and smiled "Youve been doing a good job Damien" Tannis said as Damien shook his head.
Khar turned his attention to Lau'lo, "Do you remember much of what brought you to Etonia this time" He asked "I know it will be hard to relive, I know form the looks of you and how you behave that, Youve started down the road of rebirth instead of maddness. I'll tell you a story i hope you can keep being a member of the royalty of Ur" Khar said, it was plain to Damien and Tannis he was playing his part now, there was not casual banter to come, two however much they teased one another fell silent there was respect between them and Khar that was alot deeper than it appeared to be.
"At the beginning, as the great cities were risen, There was the stranger, He traveled far and wide through out the worlds beyond in search of the lost souls, to give them peace and to welcome them home to great Etonia" There was magic in the air, thick almost as Tannis glanced about with a smile "The worlds beyond were a dark, unfriendly place, a place of hardship and sorrow, uncaring and cold. He would free them of this place and bring them here make them forget there worries and gift them his home for ever more" Khar explained "The price was the memories of the old world" He said with a smiled. There was a look of sorrow in both Tannis and Damiens eyes as Tannis looked to her hands in her lap and Damien folded his arms "We once learned from the stranger, Followed him and helped with his plan" Khar smiled "Till we became awear of the secret cost, Life" He said the magic now hung in the air "I see it in you no longer, you have become like me and now Tannis. Many choose to leave the old world behind, start a new here no memory of what befell them of the struggles and sorrow they felt and i dont blame them for that, but the choice should be theres to make" He said and stood "So I will offer it to you young noble" He smiled "Would you likke to close youre eyes, and be reborn fully as Lau'lo Emrald of Ur" He towered over Lau'lo "Or would you like to remain as you are and try to find a path"

"what i can tell you is the more you die in the game, given youre condition, the more of the memory of youre old life will be torn from you. you will become a part of the game, though you may choose this, to live a life normal here in Etonia. However the downside is that theres a chance that you will not end up that way the more you die here, you can fall into a state of maddness torn between reality and fantasy" he explained "So we must get you somewhere safe so that you can level and become strong enough to protect yourself. At least in Yggradsil you can find what you need to do that"

Rose nodded taking in everything Whistler told her, She fell silent for a bit as they walked thinking about her sister, she hoped they could find each other quickly before the cult tries to kill her and take her memories.
"Guess I have to live this new life like the real one, just because I won't really die doesn't mean I can be wreckless with my new life," she said. "I am who I am because of the life I lead outside, I won't become a stranger to the one person who needs me" she added placing her hand on the hilt of one of her daggers at her hip. "How long will it take to get to Yggradsil?"

"Lillian" a familiar voice spoke from behind the counter "Jobs headed for Yggdrasil.... let's see" she looked through her book, it updated each moment that a reQuest was completed or posted on the various boards "Looks like theres a shipment of supplies going to Yggdrasil, a caravan of 5 merchants taking there wears to bolster supplies for the newly opned Ag'tara dungeon" the Questrix smiled sweetly "Shall i sign you up for that" she asked, looking at Lillian, recognising a determined look on the girl's face "huh... this is your first time... here-here isn't it" she spoke softly unsure exactly if the person before her was the usual Lillian she had seen leveling up or if she was... dead, here infront of her, cocking her head to the side "you can talk to me"

Lau'Lo listned "how curious and their goal is to kill, not capture" she couldn't help but frown "are they unique to Ako, the cities ties to it's commerce and situation at the center of the largest continant make it quite the hub..." she sighed, knowing she didn't actually need to say any of this, they all knew "Still, are they far reaching, do you know".
She looked to Khar, nodding ever so slightly, listning to there story, talking of an old world, "i... don't know too much about what your saying if i'm honest with you... i know... that my memory is.. a little foggy" she sighed softly "there were talks of a dragon attack..i came as a representitive of Ur to offer aid and was... swept up in a battle, i woke up in the temple a few times... with a feeling of extreme panic... but i can't quite, remember why" she frowned, perhaps if she thought on it more she would remember, but from those observing her, Alex espesually, she had been losing recolection of the real world at quite an alarming rate, simptoms of her consecutive deaths excellerating the effect and since the calming drink Alex had enchanted, she seemed to be not too bothred by the fact her memory was foggy "Still... The Guild of Nyx, they need dealt with, as soon as possible"

Rose threw the core of the apple she was munching on over her shoulder into the woods, she crossed one arm across her chest and stretched her muscles before doing the same to the other arm. "Right, let's get this party started. The Sooner we get there the better prepared I can be. I'll say it again but give me the last hit on any monsters we come across, I need the experience points more than you do with being a target and all. Unless you have an experience sharing skill" She said and kept walking down the path.
