Oakvale Oakvale itself is only a few square miles and makes up the city center. Even with its small area Oakvale is a the hive of the city, a high end district nestled in the green surroundings of the city, Government offices, shops and restaurants along with a handful of high rise residential areas.

Mistvale Mistvale district sits adjacently west of Oakvale, It is the commerce hub of the city home to the majority of the shops and malls of Oakvale. It is a popular spot for high school students and young adults.

Crestwatch Crestwatch is district to the south west of Oakvale, It main features art the harbor and the drydocks, though in recent years the area has become a high end waterfront district with fashionable restaurants and and nightclubs along with some of the most expensive apartment blocks in the country.

Blackwood To the east of Oakvale is the district of Blackwood, Suburbia Blackwood is the higher middle class dream, quiet and safe Blackwood is the perfect place to raise a family

Forestlake Forestlake is the next suburban district and also the largest, including a handful of smaller former villages. Forestlake houses the largest portion of the population of Oakvale and to that end is home to the two largest schools in the city.
